Things to know before booking
Booking/ Availability: All appointments must be booked. No exceptions. You are welcome to come as a walk-in, but may only be serviced if time permits. If your desired time is not avail, please text me with desired date & time of day. I will respond with further instructions.
Deposits: All BRAID, WEAVE, & COLOR services require non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Deposit will be applied to balance. Deposit will be lost when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellation policy still applies. Neither will be refunded. Deposit must be delivered in person or sent via

Failing to do so will result in your service being cancelled.
Pricing: All prices are listed & are not negotiable. I am fair. If I deem that there should be a price adjustment to your service, I will accommodate without being asked.
Changing Services: If you decide to change a service at the time of service you will be charged a cancellation for that service.
Children: Children are not allowed unless receiving services.
Severing Business Relationships: (I'd hate to but) If for any reason I decide to discontinue rendering services, I will not inform you. I will disable your ability to book & all contact.
